There's very little in their nearby schools that gives them easy access to the tools they need.
There's more theory than practice.
These children read about technology but rarely get to actually touch, build, or try it.

How does practical, hands-on learning impact a student's mind?
When a student learns by doing — touching, building, experimenting — their brain forms stronger, longer-lasting connections than through reading or listening alone. This kind of learning also gives them room to make mistakes and learn from them, which is essential in the real world.
